How to Pay for ACETEL's Application Form

1. Go to Remita website at https://remita.net/

2. Click Pay TSA & States

3. Select FGN: Federal Government of Nigeria on the pop-up menu

4. Search for NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA AFRICA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE ON TECHNOLOGY ENHANCED LEARNING

5.Under Name of Service/Purpose, select the type of application fee to be paid (i.e., Masters or PhD)

6. Under GIFMIS Code, enter 0000

7. Under amount to pay, enter the amount (Masters- N20,000, PhD- N30,000)

8. Enter your name, phone and email

9. Click on the checkbox “I’m not a robot”

10. Click on the submit button and process the payment accordingly

After Payment:

1. Visit the application portal https://www.aceteladmissions.nouedu2.net/ and login

2. Click on Submit/View Application (Login Required)

3. Click on View your previous submission if you have previously completed an application form

4. Click on Edit to complete your form and attach evidence of payment

5.  On Page 5, under the Supporting Documents Section, upload your Remita Payment Receipt

6. Click on Preview and Submit

Your application is ready for processing
